Everything is made of elementary particles. Human beings are made up of elementary particles. All living things, materials and water are made up of elementary particles.

Elementary particles are the smallest known things in the universe and are thought to have no internal structure, i.e. they are not made of anything.

Molecules are composed of atoms. Atoms consist of protons, neutrons and electrons. Protons and neutrons consist of elementary particles called quarks. Electrons are elementary particles as well.

Molecules bond together to form cells and cells come together to form tissues in our bodies.

Elementary particles are wave-particles. That means they exist both as waves and particles at the same time. It is called wave-particle duality in quantum mechanics. This property of elementary particles enables them to interact with the observer. The particles being observed change their behaviors when being observed. It is called the observer effect. This nature of elementary particles is confirmed by the famous double-slit experiment.

Elementary particles change the way they behave according to the person who observes them. Therefore, it suggests that they are affected by the thoughts, feelings and emotions of the observer.

As water is made up of elementary particles too, it supports the claim made by Dr Emoto that human consciousness could affect the molecular structure of water.
